We stopped for a breakfast biscuit at the Carrollton Blvd, Va 7 Eleven. We totally wasted our money. If I couldn’t have a better product than the sausage biscuits that they served, I would shut the doors or simply quit trying to serve breakfast. My family will never stop at any 7 Eleven again!

7 Eleven - Clerks rude

There is a clerk at 7-eleven in Long Beach, CA named Monoj that is so rude and treats the customers so disrespectfully. I have seen him flirt and kiss woman customers on their hands making them uncomfortable.

I have seen other costumes get so upset with the way he treats them and have seen a lot of customers ask for his name and manager to speak to them about the incidents that happen and he just tells them to leave. Just the other day I was there making a coffee and seen this same clerk start yelling at a gentleman and then threw his money and change at him when the man got upset the clerk tried to kick him so the man jumped back and the clerk went after him trying to hit him running out the door. I'm pretty positive that is illegal and just wrong to hit or kick customers for any reason. This store has cameras so I'm sure it is all on tape.

I have seen him also treat his other employees very disrespectfully as well.

That same clerk is also scanning his 7-eleven rewards on his phone for every customers purchase during his entire shift I think that's far from the point of the rewards system. Would not give sale price that was advertised.

I stocked up on protein bars that I liked because they were on sale. There was a big sign right in front of the bars but the register did not ring up sale price. The rude cashier refused to give me the sale price. He said well it is not ringing up so I can't give it to you. I went and brought the sign to him. Then he said you need to mix and match. I said no I don't. I just want vanilla. That was his excuse because he was too lazy to fix the price. I was so upset I just paid it. I was livid. I wanted to get out of there. He was so rude and very lazy. I will never go back to that location. There is a 711 by the beach around the corner and the guy that's there most late nights is awesome. I should have went there.

Also just like you misspelled waste, maybe you misread the sign. It is obvious from your spelling, as well as your mistaking being told no as rude that you are not very fluent in English.

My boss hates it when I waste time getting a receipt but I have to have it for my expense report or I don't get paid.

I still remember that commercial for seven-eleven where they sang "Ham and Cheese at Seven Eleven, Disco In and Try One!" When I was growing up they had a seven eleven a block away that we would always go fritter our money away at. We could have gotten twice as much stuff for our money at a grocery store, but we were paying for the fact that it was close by.

Will never shop there again

Walked into this 7-Eleven that i shopped at for years since my house is up the street, to walk in on a manager yelling at a young male cashier ive seen working there for a while just the rudness of her yelling and embarrassing him in front of customers and other cashiers without any regards of taking him to the side and telling him, it was just the most rudest thing I've ever seen 7-Eleven get some class.

Well, I have been treated disrespectful by more white-trash employees and managers than I have ever been by black ones. Why do you feel it necessary to point out that he is black?

What Difference does that make? Racism is disgusting and you should judge people based on the content of their character, not the color of their skin.

The teller at the Check-out was of Indian origin (kind of mature - hence our surprise) On our first visit to the store at check out time, he asked me how much my wrist watch cost me! (amazing!) I told him in a polite way it was kind of expensive and that we live in Japan (meaning that what is expensive in Japan is not so expensive in Singapore) I don't think I had to explain myself but being who I am tried to tell him 'you shouldn't ask such personal questions from the customers - but as he was of Indian Origin (with due respect to the the great country) he had to be who he was and was mindless in insulting us further. To my own dismay, my wife - visited the same store in Orchard road Singapore and got insulted again about why a frozen meal should be heated up by the client and not by the service provider. All that is good; but though we look like Indians we are not. We are citizens of Japan and the Indian way of treating Indian customers by Singaporeans need to be separated and we hope this mature Indian origin person is not employed by 7-ll a company we respect and patronize in Japan for the last 30 years. 7- eleven is destroying it's own brand by employing such people - for a service responsibility.

Loitering

Each morning around about 6 a.m. and 8 a.m.

a large group of Hispanics gather in the parking lot with big trucks parked in all kinds of directions. The parking lot is very small and most people get in and get out. The problem is this group is parking in handicap sections. Most of them are not even making a purchase and have turned this 7-Eleven into a social gathering.

Trucks are blocking the nearly the entrance way. This are big trucks not just little white vans. Equipment you would use to move a bolder of some sort. It's beginning to look like a party in the early morning hours!

I have lived in Greenbelt for 20 years and this did not start until Hispanic immigrants move into this area. This may sound biese but its the truth.

Second, the sign says not loitering.

I have contacted the Prince George's County Police for Greenbelt and they have asked me to notify them when it it happening. This maybe difficult because I am headed to workLike in the morning, therefore hopefully this will reach the manager of that particular store.

The manager needs to enforce the rules and stop the gathering because it getting worse.

To the 7 Eleven Singapore, On the 30th November 2017 at around 9:45pm I went to 711 to top up my handphone and also buy Ben&Jerry strawberry cheesecake flavored Ice cream. 5 days after buying it, my mum wanted to eat it.

We saw the expiry date and were shocked as the expiry date is on October 26 2017.

The staff that served me is a female indian. The 711 I went is located at Anchorvale Drive Blk 319A.

And not only that, but you probably paid double what you would have paid if you had bought it from a regular grocery store. the reason that it was expired was probably because very few people were willing to let 7-Eleven Gyp them by paying so much.

I had been successfully using the online direct deposit feature of my card for several months when my bank decided to issue a fraud alert for Netspend (the online banking manager). When I first called Netspend, they just told me my card no longer could be used for instant deposits online but refused to tell me why. So I decided to call my bank. They said they had issued a fraud alert but that they had now cleared it up and my card was good to use at Netspend. So I called Netspend back and was told that they could do nothing. My prepaid Mastercard could no longer be used for online direct deposits...period. Other than changing my bank debit card, there was no way to fix this problem. This makes no sense to me. My bank should question charges, but this should not permanently affect the account which has been questioned. Netspend 711 showed no flexibility, poor empathy skills for the consumer and poor business ethics. I have no debt with them, have paid their fees and have given them my business. I am looking for an alternative prepaid card that appreciates their consumer base. Bad experience here!

The store in Stockton on Ben Holt had a tall guy that always had a hat on but he's not been there lately best service very hard worker an made you feel safe while you were there.place was clean. Bottom line great employee GET HIM BACK. P.S. get rid of all the homeless. Thank you

Read complaint below. At first I appreciated the immediate responsiveness, of team members including, Janey Appia, Manager, Customer Relations, as well as the 100 Biscayne Store Manager, Michael Schoenberg. Since then there’s been no resolution

As a nationwide business traveler, I am professional business development manager who interacts frequently with architectural and design firms. Today, I visited an architectural firm at 100 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL.

On April 10, 2018, after my appointment in the 100 Biscayne Blvd Building, approximately 3:05 -3:10 pm I stopped into this 711 location adjacent to the architectural firm.

I set my items down at the counter and waited patiently for several minutes, then the clerk finally arrived. . She said nothing to me as she approached the counter and I said nothing to her. After ringing up one item only, she asked me, “are you in a hurry,” to which I replied yes. “I just need to get going.” Not realizing that she didn’t bother to ring up my second item, I swiped my card. She stated “ I have am refusing you and have the right to do so. I was in back and am here by myself.” She was hostile and unprofessional Her issue of tardiness to make the transaction was insignificant , as I am busy professional women looking to have a beverage and snack.

I believe that as a professional woman, I was egregiously insulted and belittled by an angry woman who was the only employee in the store at the time. Her frustrations, as a result, were taken out on me, the customer.

Because of this disturbing experience, I am exploring the options of the legality in the State of Florida the right to refuse service because of a customer’s disposition and time -sensitivity.

Address of 7-Eleven 13407 state road 535 ORLANDO Florida walked in and asked to keep card that I need to fill my tank that don’t know amount and she said she doesn’t know either so go to tank and put card in black female with piercings in her nose very unprofessional if you have customer service like I wonder why anyone would go there my number is(786) 406-**** I hope your company does something about this your going to lose more customers nationwide and may be stores will close due to customer services from non training hopefully your manager will attend to this problem thankfully Felix g
