This morning 05.01.2017 at 9.20 - 9.25am i wanted to buy a cheesy chicken burger promotion that is $3 come with either coke, heaven and earth or pure drinking water. So i choose a pure drinking water but was told off rudely by cashier no cannot.
The burger is only with coke for $3 not other drink so i told her of the fine prints that i saw then she say no cannot see fine prints. Fine then i told her i settled with coke she was still nagging out loud and saying how can i take a pure drinking water its $1.80 for goodness sake the coke is $1.90 my pure drinking water is cheaper!!!! I kept quiet because i know she is obviously unaware of the product and prices of the item in stores which is sadly unacceptable you staff are to be properly trained to hanlde customer query, customer wants and needs... Thank god i am not allergy to coke just that i don't drink carbonated drink.
Please educate your staff on customer service and 7-11 item on sales as well as products they carry and prices. Customer no better then staff!! Bad Service!! This is not the 1st time i encounter the bad service same lady the old lady morning shift usually give bad customer service...
