The no refund policy at 7-11 is stupidly ***! I purchased a Celcom top up from Gurney Drive store on the advice of the store clerk after telling him that I bought my sim card from tune talk however my phone said Celcom.
Later realising that the prepaid voucher was incorrect I went back to see if I could exchange it.
However with no refund policy the store clerk giggled at me and said that I will have to purchase another. Maybe i was naive being from another country however I would have thought the locals would have been honest and more helpful.
