Choo Wan Ling from Novena Square branch refused to sell me a SIM card because there are too many customers Queuing.However, I also waited in line until it was my turn.
I'm furious because I can see the profit from selling a SIM card is probably lesser and that's why I was given an attitude. The event happened within less than 1mins and I was asked to leave the store .
Please investigate on this .I wish this kind treatment will no longer happen to any of your values customers .
