Good Day I went to Singapore for holiday from 23-26 March 2017. On 26th march, i went to 7-ELEVEN, address 7-11 #368, 60A Orchard Rd.
#01-03 S(238890), around 14:28 to top up my Autopass Vehicle Entry Permit at the counter. I gave the counter lady SGD50 because i wanted to top up SGD50. My mistake was i did not check the receipt after the top up done. I only realized when i passed the Singapore checkpoint @ "Land Transport Authority Woodlands" and my autopass was declined.
I was surprised when i was told that the balance was insufficient. Therefore, I want to claim the remaining of SGD40 that the counter lady should give me back. Please check the CCTV back how much money I handover to the counter lady as a proof. Herewith I attached all the transactions proof for your kind investigation.
