i was at the 7/11 at Dawson Place shopping center it was around 2 pm when i purchased a few items to consume, the cashier took her own sweet time to scan the items and didn't bother to put my stuff into a carrier when there's obviously many items, hence i asked her for a carrier and she ignored me. i asked again and i got scolded by her.

She them rudely dumped my items into a carrier and told me to take and go. as i was leaving the store she thought it was funny to keep scolding me for taking a carrier. seven 7/11 i'm very disappointed in you for hiring such a rude staff and more over this isn't the first time that she was rude to the customers. Did y'all train your staff to be rude to customers?

because i have been a long time customer of 7/11 and this particular act of your staff pissed me off.

moreover she acted like she was the one who should be mad, when she was clearly wrong, please do something. i am very disappointed and disheartened.
