Most of the time when l go to the 7eleven thats in the 4600 block of Falls Rd. they don't have all the coffee pots ready for customers.

Sunday morning around 9:40 am 2/18/18 l enter the store to get a decaf coffee and there was none made. The clerk only had 4 pots ready, and she's leaning on the counter talking to her friends. I know they are her friends because they are there every weekend talking to her. This has happened numerous times which is too many.

I don't know what times shift changes but l think she should have more than 4 pots ready at 9:40 am. Its always the same clerk, and when she work, this is what happens. Its very very seldom that she will have the decaf ready. But her friends that be in the store is standing there drinking there coffee while they have there conversation.

I wish someone would look into this because its been going on for tooo long. Thank you.
