The 7-Eleven location but Ive been waiting for two hours to unlock. The door is still not opening the door.
Although, it says everywhere I check online for the hours of this location that is open 24 hours a day seven days a week. I understand that things have to be cleaned every once in a while but it doesnt take two *** hours. Also, I can see the employees inside sitting down doing nothing while Ive been standing here for two hours with my wallet in my hand And the 7-Eleven application open on my phone. Ive definitely made my decisions on what I want to purchase here and clearly approving it.
I having my app open right in the front door window with the wallet that Im gonna use to pay for these things in my hand, and the employees clearly notice because the windows on the front door or transparent, and theyre standing right in front of them towards the back of the store, but they are in front of them and they can see me and they know theyve been waiting for two hours or at least they know that Ive been waiting for a very long time patiently I might add. This is getting Ridiculous. Ive never heard of any inconvenience store that takes longer than an hour to an hour and a half to clean their store when they are claiming to be open 24 hours. Once it goes past that amount of time, and I can clearly see that nobody in there is doing anything productive than that indicates to me that there are some violations and things happening regarding being a 7-Eleven franchise manager or owner.
I am in no way showing any sort of indication that I have negative intentions, or and violent anyway, in fact, Im the complete opposite. Ive been very very very patient and calm and havent even knocked on the door once. The indication that Im here to buy things is the fact that my wallet is in my hand with my phone also, in my hand, having their application open with the things I want to purchase in my cart, ready to purchase through the mobile app. Its pretty obvious and they are just ignoring me while I sit here in the freezing cold with my five dogs of which I didnt plan on bringing inside respectfully although I should be able to because theyre all service dogs.
Thats not the point here though Ive already decided to bypass that situation and leave my dogs in the Mobile carrying container that they are in. So it doesnt make any sense that I am not at all being hostile or causing any problems, or even showing any anger, and yet I am still standing here while they are on the other side of the door that is locked still doing nothing. All I want to do is buy some pizza a couple bags of candy a few drinks, and thats it. I have the means to buy these products with acceptable payment methods that are indicated on their app, on their windows, and just by knowing as these payment methods are common methods of payment in almost every established business in North America.
In conclusion, Im still sitting here outside the door while it continues to be locked and it is becoming frustrating because I havent even done anything to indicate hostility or anger, so what is the purpose of even running this store or managing it if you dont want to make money and sell products from it? It doesnt make any sense and only will *** people off that are using all these resources that indicate that its open but its not. I am one of the few people that can control my emotions, but one day somebody who cant is going to show up during the same situation and its not gonna be good. Im gonna go to another 7-Eleven now because this is getting crazy.
All of these other review and search engine businesses that are claiming that this place is open now. Have a bad look because of this and that includes Google, yelp and Ill kinds of other gigantic corporations, looking very stupid right now because of this one store deciding to *** Thats all for now Im going to another 7-Eleven. Ill be Returning to the site to write another complaint, if the same situation happens at this other 7-Eleven. It does seem to be a pattern that people running 7-Elevens, at least in Southern California that Ive noticed all seem to just make up their own rules and not follow the franchise guidelines that everybody is supposed to be able to make decisions by, but thats not possible when everyone thats running, these individual franchises are *** off and not following the rules.

I am writing this out of frustration and deep disappointment regarding my transaction that was mishandled by your incompetent employee. I was charged Php 261.00 for the transaction that only amounted to Php 239.00 on 05/10/25 at 00:19:13 AM at your Phase 8 Martines Guang-Guang, Brgy.
Dahican, Mati, Davao Oriental branch. This overcharge is unacceptable and shows a serious problem in your system. This situation is made even worse by your poor customer service. The crew packed the items and allowed me to leave without a resolution or any explanation regarding the incident.
When I confronted him, he was laughing and asked me to pay additional money as if he was not informed that I am the one being ripped off by your faulty system. I started to get angry and insisted that I was overcharged; the crew just told me that it's the manager's job to resolve such things. I asked for the manager/supervisor, but there was no manager on duty at that time. I asked for the contact number of the manager, but he refused to provide one.
He kept on saying that the manager would handle this; he did not even ask for my name or any contact information. I am the one who initiated leaving my contact information. With that being said, I left the store without any resolution on where my money went. This is an alarming incident; it shows how incompetent your staff are.
The worst part that triggered my frustration is that he was just laughing the whole time as if nothing serious happened. Please conduct customer service training, or you may fire him to prevent further damage to your brand's reputation.
This incident triggered my anxiety. I am hoping that you can resolve this.
Preferred solution: I want a refund and a compensation from the incident.
7-11 on Glenoaks blvd 800 block Salvadorian short lady took my receipt started reading my balance and made comments I filed a complaint the manager screamed at me and said you’re on trespass here
Pissed me off 7-11 did nothing about it after I filed several complaints the employee was very jealous and a bully I was a new customer she was invading my privacy and personal information which is illegal and I believe she was stealing my ebt and possibly had a skimmer in the machine

4601 s broadway englewood co 80013. The 711 convienant store at s broadway and Mansfield.
He didnt know I was recording and he chased the car into the intersection acting like a maniac. He then was walking back into the store and yelled at me to get off his property. I told him Im buying drink and he said what am I buying I said I didnt know and picked my drinks spend $20 as soon as I walked out front for my boss to come pick me up the clerk walks out front telling me to get off his property. I said Im a paying customer and he said he didnt care and was calling the police on me so I walked off the property and waited 2 min for my ride.
This clerk needs to stop acting like hes a cop and keeps his hands off young girls and be a good front man for 711. That was the worst experience I ever had at 711

Will never go there again. Staff was fine but the ethnic guy who said he was the owner was a entitled and self absorbed individual. They also have no gas pumps.

I was a former employee at the 7-Eleven on 205 South Collins Street in Arlington tx 76010,I'm trying to get my job back. The only reason the owner will not rehire me is because of my social circle and the people who know me, including the homeless.
The fact that he won't position me behind the register or place me on payroll seems discriminatory. I have four years of experience in customer service. Many customers have expressed a desire for me to come back because of the quality of my service, something that the current employees reportedly lack.
I worked at the store from 2015 to 2019 until the owner, Gurdeep, decided to give up the store. My name is Milo Dean Lawrence and I used to work the night shift.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I visited the store the next day and told the attendant that I was there to get my change that he denied he took. I waited for quite a while, after being ignored, I left the store and he ran after me and gave me my money.
I went back into the store and spoke to the employee, he talked on the phone for quite a while. I decided to leave and he ran out the door to give me my change.

I used the self check out, to purchase my items. 2 liters of waters and a protein shake.
I purchased the 5 cents bag. I asked what appeared to be a young man for a bag. He handed me what appeared to be a bag for the hotdogs. Im like really Sir, I cant do anything with that.
His reply was I cant give you a bag ! I saying I paid for the bag already. I have the receipt right here, if you would just take a look. He asks the cashier 2 registers over if I.
paid for a bag. The whole situation escalated, because the entire time this guy is woofing. Im just standing there calculating snatching this *** clean over this counter. Hes steadily asking me if Im good ?
With the yeah oh alright stance. While saying yeah just go ahead on. CLEARLY Day Day has NO idea. Im angry that I even let him get me there.
Just goes to show, Ive come a long way with an even longer way to go. About five cents unbelievable, then come to think of it after the fact. This is my second encounter with numbskull. The first was about my refill.
My recommendation is do better in the hiring process. Hire employees that actually reflect the companies values.

I went to a 7-Eleven in Aloha, Oregon, and bought a pizza. The guy working there said that they couldn't cook our pizza after 2, but it was only 1:30. He said it was too late, and nowhere in the store does it say they can't do that after a certain time.

I had a multiple draw lottery ticket. I had won $3 on 2 different drawings with the same ticket.
The clerk was supposed to pay me $6 and give me another ticket for the remaining drawings. It's one thing to not know what you are doing. It's another to cheat people. He only paid me $3.
I can prove it should have been $6.
And consistently raised his voice. And didn't issue me a ticket for the remaining drawings as he should only gave me the old ticket back.

They wont give it to me. I had to keep on asking for my receipt. They didnt wanna get it to me either the man say tell who you want or tell the man who worked out the girl was controlling him tell him to do the other lady gonna take the food back. The girl told me to open the box open the box and she told her to pull around and she know the food was cause she gave it to me and he was very disrespected to a senior citizen and elder person doctor care they are discrimination on all levels and I hate crime give me old hurt food etc .
and he said you homeless people Im not homeless, he judged me etc. embarrass me my stomach hurt and I had heartburn for the food

July 11, 2024, free slurpee. The person at the store gave my family (3 kids) and me an attitude after we took our slurpees to the store machine.
When we were walking, he said, 'What? Are you just walking out with free?' So rude, rude, rude!!!
Why would 7-Eleven stores advertise for a free slurpee and then get mad about it at the customers?
